Effective Monday, February 7, 2011 the VCCAR office hours will be from 8:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
This action is being taken to accomodate many members who are now facing traffic problems due to construction underway of the Rice Avenue overpass of the 101 freeway and the north and south on-ramps to the freeway.
